Everything you need to know before you arrive, after you book, and everything in between.

Getting Started

You can sign up through our website or the Loft Pilates Omaha app. You'll need to create an account before booking your first class — it only takes a moment and gives you full access to the schedule, waitlist, and your booking history.

For Reformer, all beginners should start with the Foundation class. This class is designed to build your Pilates foundation and get you comfortable with the reformer before moving into other formats.

For Hot Mat Pilates, beginners can jump right in — no prior experience needed.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins. Late arrival may result in not being able to participate — this keeps the experience consistent and focused for everyone in the room.

Congratulations! Please let your instructor know before class if you are pregnant. If you are new to Pilates, we require that you complete a private session with one of our instructors before joining any group classes.

We also require a signed doctor's note clearing you for group Pilates classes before you participate.

What to Bring

Wear workout clothing that allows you to move freely and is free of buttons or zippers. Shoes are not allowed in the studio. Grip socks are required for all Reformer classes — if you don't have a pair, we have them available for purchase at the studio.

Bring your grip socks and a water bottle — we have a Brio water cooler available to fill up when you arrive.

For Hot Mat classes, bring your mat and a towel as well. Running late and forgot yours? You can rent or purchase both at the studio.

Scheduling

We keep class sizes intentionally small to ensure each member receives focused, personalized attention from the instructor.

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. When a spot opens, you'll receive a notification via the app, email, or text — this can happen up to 30 minutes before class starts, so keep an eye out.

If you're on the waitlist but can no longer make it, please remove yourself so another member has the opportunity to take your spot. If you are added from the waitlist more than 12 hours before the class and do not attend, our late cancellation and no-show policy will apply.

Policies

Out of respect for our instructors and fellow members, we maintain a strict cancellation policy.

Group classes require cancellation at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time.

Private sessions require cancellation at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made outside of these windows will be charged a $10 late fee. Classes can be cancelled through the app or our website.
