We keep our class sizes small to ensure personalized, individual attention from each instructor.
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you’ll receive a notification via our app, email or text letting you know you've been added to the class—this may happen up to 30 minutes before the class starts.
If you're on the waitlist but can no longer attend, please remove yourself to allow another member the opportunity to join. If you are added to a class more than 12 hours before the start time and do not attend, our late cancellation/no-show policy will apply.

In consideration of our members, group classes have a strict 12 hour cancellation policy. Classes can be cancelled through the app or our website.
Private lessons have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.
Any cancellations outside of those policy windows will be charged a late fee of $10.
