    Becky is a classically trained Pilates instructor with a contemporary mindset, specializing in both mat and reformer Pilates. As the founder of The Loft Pilates Studio Omaha, she is dedicated to helping clients build strength, flexibility, and confidence through precise, intentional movement. With a background as both an athlete and dancer, Becky has a deep understanding of the body and takes a personalized approach to instructing—whether in small group classes or private sessions. She thrives on helping clients reach their goals, from improving mobility and core strength to enhancing athletic performance. Passionate about the transformative power of Pilates, Becky is expanding her private training to work more closely with athletes, using Pilates as a tool to enhance performance, prevent injury, and build resilience.

    Jodi, a small-town girl from Sidney, Nebraska, has always been drawn to movement and the way it transforms both body and mind. After years of exploring different forms of exercise, she turned her passion into a full-time career in 2018. Now, as she works toward her PMA certification, Jodi continues to evolve in her own Pilates practice—experiencing firsthand the strength, mobility, and confidence it brings.

    Her deep understanding of movement, combined with a natural ability to connect with people, allows her to guide clients toward real, lasting results. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or refining your practice, Jodi’s classes are the perfect mix of challenge, energy, and fun.     INSTRUCTOR

    Amy has over three years of experience teaching Pilates and a lifelong passion for movement. She is dedicated to helping her clients build strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Her personal practice began long before she started teaching, giving her a deep understanding of the Pilates method and its transformative power.

    In addition to Pilates, she enjoys incorporating other forms of exercise into her routine, including weightlifting, kickboxing, and dance classes. This diverse approach to fitness allows her to bring a well-rounded perspective to her teaching, keeping sessions both challenging and fun.

    Committed to continuous growth, she invests in her professional development through monthly continuing education courses, ensuring she stays up-to-date with the latest Pilates techniques and trends. Her goal is to create a positive, supportive environment where clients of all levels can thrive and achieve their fitness goals.

    Madison has over six years of experience practicing Pilates and a passion for the method. She is currently working towards her comprehensive certification and continues to refine her teaching skills. She is dedicated to sharing the core principles of Pilates while integrating contemporary flow into every class. With a focus on mindful movement, strength, and body awareness, she creates a dynamic environment for clients of all levels. Madison is excited to help others experience the transformative benefits of Pilates and develop a deeper connection to their bodies in the process. Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, she is excited to support your journey.

  • Katrinka Kocourek Loft Pilates Studio

    Katrinka Kocourek

    INSTRUCTOR

    Katrinka began her career as a dancer, training at Ballet Omaha. She earned her Pilates certification in 2000 through Balanced Body for Mat, Stott for Reformer, and later completed her Comprehensive Certification through Fletcher Pilates in 2013. Katrinka furthered her teacher training in yoga through Philly Power Yoga.

    With 23 years of teaching experience, she has worked at some of the top facilities in the nation, including The Sporting Club at the Bellevue in Philadelphia, which was ranked one of the top 15 luxury gyms in the country. While living in Philadelphia, she was also commissioned by City Fitness Gyms to establish the Barre Program for all of its locations. She is currently the Wellness Site Leader for Plus One Optum.
